Before exercising, spray these mists into the air and breathe deeply to help soothe breathing passages. Caution; Make sure you aren't allergic to any of these oils. Use with caution if you have asthma or other breathing problems!! 40 drops Peppermint 30 drops Rosemary 30 drops Lime 30 drops Lavender 20 drops Marjoram 4 Fluid ounces of pure water Mix all together Store in the refrigerator Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
