Guest guest Posted June 19, 2007 Report Share Posted June 19, 2007 Hi everyone! It's a shot in the dark, but I am hoping someone could point me in the right direction... I am into trying to eat more healthy, more naturally. I do rather well some months, and others...well, lets just say I am still striving for perfection (ha-ha). It's coming, slow but sure, and in baby steps! (Though I have to admit, I have come a long way)! One of the things I was trying to do, is eat more 'seasonally'. I do not have this problem (for the most part) during the summer and fall, as I buy things from the farmers market (which also helps me to purchase things more locally). However, I do struggle, especially when I go to a regular or natural food store - as well as during the winter and spring months. I know this is not a big issue, and probably trivial to some, but I thought perhaps someone would know off hand where a chart of 'foods by the season' would be? I could post this somewhere on the fridge, it would help me decipher when going to the grocery store - thus, hurdling over a block that has hindered me for quite a while.
