Here's my completed survey form: Name: Carys Favorite flower: Rose (but also love sweet-peas, clematis, poppies, fuchsias, lilies, night-scented stocks, tobacco plants... I could go on and on!) Any Hobbies: gardening (growing roses, obviously! But I'm also very fond of my herb garden), reading, walking & visiting gardens and other places of interest (old houses, castles, etc) Favorite thing to shop for: Plants & seeds; books.
