Southern Soapers Fragrances & Supplies just took delivery of several

new products from National Starch. They are listed in the store in

DRY-FLO® AF is a modified corn starch that has been designed to be

free-flowing and non-clumping.

NATRASORB® BATH is an oil absorbing, hydrophilic tapioca starch

which has a unique function in bath powders, salts, bath bombs and

other products.

STRUCTURE® XL is a naturally derived, starch-based (maize) powder

that creates a stable emulsion with a satiny feel.

TAPIOCA PURE® is a native starch which has application in powder,

balm, and emulsion systems like lotions and creams. Tapioca Pure®

leaves a sensory perception of powder deposition with no visible

whitening on the skin. A balm concept with higher levels of Tapioca

Pure® can be useful in liquid foot powder applications, as an

absorbent powder will remain as a film on the skin. Regardless of

the levels used, the final effect is a unique, appealing feel on the

skin, superior to Arrowroot, Corn Starch or Talc.
