Guest guest
Herb Bubble Bath Gel 1 cup water 1 Tbs. sweet woodruff 1 tsp. mint 1 Tbs. comfrey 1 Tbs. angelica 5 Tbs. pure or castile soap 2 Tbs. glycerine 2 tsp. witch hazel 5 drops oil of lemon verbena 1 Tbs. unflavored gelatin Makes about 3/4 pint gel *This recipe makes a lovely, softening mixture which produces a nice foam if you pour it into the bath before running the water. 1. Measure out the ingredients and boil the water. 2. Make an infusion of the herbs and the boiling water. Grate the soap. 3. Strain the infusion and discard the herbs. Add the soap, stirring well. Combine the glycerine and witch hazel, and add the oil. Add this to the herb mixture. 4. When it is thoroughly mixed, add the gelatin, and stir until it is perfectly dissolved. When cool, transfer the mixture to small jars. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ *Recipe from the book- "At Home With Herbs" By: Jane Newdick "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere." ~ Martin Luther King, Jr. Everything Natural http://health./ Everything Magick EverythingMagick/
