Foot Bath for Sleep Problems

Having trouble sleeping? A relaxing foot bath is another help for insomnia. Blend together:

Lavender 1 drop

Sweet Marjoram 2 drops

Roman Chamomile 2 drops

Use 2 drops in a foot bath. Soak feet for 10 minutes.
