Guest guest
My birthday is December 29th so I know what its like. One thing I know some who have late December birthdays do, is change the date to nine months earlier and have a party then. For me the 29th works, because it often means I will get something like skis on the 25th and poles on the 29th. Or Fly rod on the 25th and the reel on the 29th. And the party is easy going and allows folks to kick back and enjoy after the hype lead up to the 25th. ~Beth Beths Path
Guest guest
My son's 11th birthday is on Dec. 31st. Because it is New Years Eve no one ever comes to his party's. Also he gets forgot because of X-mas. Can anyone who has the time please mail him a letter or card? I usually call different Professors from different collages and have them mail things as he wants to be the first Native American Geologist on Mars. Any thing will do: a note, a picture, a small stone or rock from where you live(please label the state and area it comes from), an old rock or space type magazine, just anything!! Don't worry if it is late as he likes getting mail. Thank you in advance. Tyonne Anunkasen Tobacco 1150 NW. 91st. Guest guest
Missed the boat on this sorry! I'm a December 17th baby, and being 8 days from Christmas again the celebrations came and went with more interest in santa than me! One thing my folks alwaysd did for me which was nice was to let me be like the queen and have 2 birthdays.. The official one on December 17th, and then another on June 17th - This would mean it was nice weather so we could have something outside, far enough away from any other festivals not to interfere, and meant they could get me a bigger pressie as the money went further when they didnt have Christmas to pay for Just a suggestion.. Guest guest
Tyonne, I missed this one too, sorry. Tyonne, what is your son's name? I am looking to see if I have some of the things you are asking for... My b-day is Jan 6th so I definatly know how frustrating it is to have your b-day forgotten, even my own parents have forgotten it on more than one birthday of mine! I don't get so upset now, specially since 29 has come and gone but at your son's age it meant alot to me... I will look and see what I can find. We have found a trace of Ottowa in our family gene pool through a cousin of mines research for a genology report for a college class she was taking, what may I ask is your family's background? ~Leesy >----------- > > , Tyonne Lone Elk > <Redbrickmama@> wrote: > > > > My son's 11th birthday is on Dec. 31st.
