aromatherapy pillows

Hi everyone,

 

I have several essential oils. Is there a way to make a " dream pillow " with oils, or must fresh herbs/flowers be used for these delightful pillows?-- RiverFormerly

I don't make " dream pillows " but I do make the corn hot/cold packs, and

I always sprinkle my corn and dried flower mixtures with essential oils.

Hello River, I don't think you have to use just herbs. Take some cotton batting and put it in a plastic bag. Put a few drops of the essential oils you are going to use on the cotton. Seal the bag and let it soak in and really permiate the cotton. Then take the cotton out and put it in the dream pillow. I always make my pillows with a velcro closure so I can refresh or change out the scents. My pillows are also machine washable. I hope this helped.
