Baking Soda ??????

Hi there

I have a query. In the 64bodybathrecipes posted by daisyrivera_77 the

recipes for bath crystals to use baking soda. Is that baking powder, or

bicarbonate of soda (these are the only ones I can find and I dont know

which to use. Help please.

It would be the bicarbonate of soda. Found in the baking section at stores.

Also used for lots of cleaning. Hope this helps.

It would be the bicarbonate of soda. Found in the baking section at stores. Also used for lots of cleaning. I know that yoyu need to look for arm and hammer baking soda comes in a yellow box this is what I know is meant no harm intended GillGill Shelton <sassi41 wrote: Hi thereI have a query.
