Nails, Legs, and Spider Veins

by Victoria

Avoid smudging your toenails -- Start painting the little

toe of the foot opposite your working hand. Then work

toward your other little toe.

Nail food -- use almond oil; it soaks in easily if

applied after a bath.

Disperse leg cellulite -- Walk on your bottom at least

three times a week. Ten movements forward and ten

movements backward, using your arms to help you move.

Repeat this five times. This exercise will help work the buttocks and leg muscles. Stair climbing is also great for circulation in this area.

Spider veins -- avoid very hot baths if you have a

tenancy to get these. Taking very hot showers or soaking

in hot baths can make them worse.

"When you get to the end of your rope, tie a knot and hang on."

Franklin D. Roosevelt (1882 - 1945), quoted Kansas City Star, June 5, 1977
