Then work toward your other little toe. Nail food -- use almond oil; it soaks in easily if applied after a bath. Disperse leg cellulite -- Walk on your bottom at least three times a week. Ten movements forward and ten movements backward, using your arms to help you move. Repeat this five times. This exercise will help work the buttocks and leg muscles. Stair climbing is also great for circulation in this area. Spider veins -- avoid very hot baths if you have a tenancy to get these.
