Guest guest
Steam Facial Boil water and pour into a bowl you can place on your kitchen table. Throw in fresh herbs immediately. I recommend rosemary, chamomile, lavender, or eucalyptus. Or all of them, if you want. Basil is also an interesting choice. If you don't have fresh herbs or even dried herbs in your kitchen cabinet, try an herbal tea bag such as chamomile. Next, use a towel to make a tent over the steamy bowl and your head. Keep your face about 10 to 12 inches above the bowl so that you don't burn yourself. Set a kitchen timer for 5 minutes maximum. The steam will open your pores and cleanse your face. When you're done, wash your face to get rid of dirt, then splash on cool water to close the pores. ~ Author Unknown ~ "When you get to the end of your rope, tie a knot and hang on." Franklin D.
