Guest guest
Treat upset stomachs caused by acid indigestion or too much food with this tea: 1 tsp. of dried peppermint ( or spearmint) leaves 1 tsp. of dried catnip 1 tsp. of dried sweet marjoram 1 tsp. of dried lemon balm In a bowl, nix all of the herbs thouroughly. Then scoop out 2 teaspoons of the mix and add it to a cup of boiling water. Let steep 15 minutes. Strain out the herbs and sip tea slowly. Keep the rest of the herbs in an airtight container so you're ready to roll the next time your tummy has a tantrum. (just a reminder - don't give any mint tea to your children under the age of 2 yrs. The menthol in it can make them choke)
