Oatmeal Bread This week's

recipe was submitted to us by 3 year old Abigail of Washington.Abigail's Mom says, "Abigail loves making his bread and eating it with peanut butter, especially when it is still warm. She also likes to watch the bread being made through the little window in the bread machine." Tools needed:Bread machine1/2 and 1 cup measuring cupsTeaspoon and tablespoonMixing bowl Ingredients:1 cup water, boiling2 tablespoons butter1 1/2 teaspoons salt3 tablespoons honey1 tablespoon dark molasses1/2 cup oats, old-fashioned1 large egg, lightly beaten3 cups bread flour2 teaspoons yeast Instructions: Put oats in a mixing bowl - pour boiling water over the oats. When oats have cooled but are still a bit warm, add remaining ingredients according to bread machine manufacturer's manual. Bake on light setting.
