Guest guest
If your headaches and sinusitis is caused by hayfever and allergies it is suggested that eating local honey helps build an immunity. A thing I do for blocked sinuses is a eucalyptus steam bath. A few drops of eucalyptus oil in a bowl of steaming water and a towel over the head...ten minutes and you feel much less congested. Hope this helps. Kiele

Guest guest
My wife and I use organic apple cider vinegar. If this is your first time using ACV, we suggest you use 1/2 cup ACV to 2 cups of water. Do it the same way Alison does with the eucalyptus steam bath. Inhale slowly through both your nose and mouth. If you start to cough, it is too strong. Add another cup of water. If you can stand it stronger, use a 1 cup of ACV to 2 cups of water. You can do this 4-6 times a day. The ACV will kill any bacteria that is causing the congestion. Guest guest
Drink a tea made from Thyme and honey.Add Pine needles if they are handy. Use Ti Tree oil , lavendar oil, or mix the two together. Put a few drops on a cute tip and , using a fresh tip per orifice, swab out each ear and nostril. It doesn't take much, drips are YUK ! lol Lavendar oil rubbed over your sinuses , in the hollow of your throat, and over each temple helps a lot, plus will get rid of the headache, too. Echinacea helps a lot and builds up in your system. Use capsules ( I make my own ) and buy some Ricola cough drops. Horehound drops should be in the same area. Hope you get to feeling better
Guest guest
I also have a very general suggestion regarding your sinus trouble, but I'm assuming you are just extremely stuffed up and want relief? If you are REALLY stuffed up, try drinking a hot tea made with the juice of a lemon, some honey, a shake or two of cayenne pepper powder (hot!), and boiling water in a mug. It tastes nice, you get a dose of vitamin C, and the pepper will CLEAN YOU OUT! The effect is somewhat temporary, but it does offer relief very quickly, and it's not gonna kill you! Good luck! Guest guest
My suggestion is to try and clear up those sinuses. The best way to do that is with Eucalyptus. It helps clear sinus congenstion and as a side benefit will help with a cold or cough. The most effective way is to take a full bath or a foot bath with Eucalyptus. The hydrotherapy effects of the the water combined with the eucalyptus helps. You only need to take 10 minutes in a nice hot bath.Another way it to put some Eucalyptus in a humidifier, and that gives you a great refreshing scent and you can breath in the Eucalyptus essential oil.Kuty Shalevwww.kneippus.com
Guest guest
My Grandmother use to do this. Put equal parts of each of these oils together. Then open the container and breath it in when you need it or get just a little on your finger and dab it under your nose. This has never failed me or any one I know.
