Try making it to help you get started in the morning. Green Tea Chai is also great as a hot drink. 4 cups water1 cinnamon stick1 tablespoon green cardamom pods1 teaspoon whole cloves2 tablespoons sliced fresh gingerroot4 teaspoons green tea leavesMilk or non-dairy milk, to tasteSweetener to taste Bring water to a boil. Add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and gingerroot. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add green tea. Cover and steep for 10 minutes. Strain and chill tea mixture.
