Guest guest Posted August 23, 2006 Report Share Posted August 23, 2006 Forest Witch Potpourri 1/2 oz. broken cloves1/2 oz. powdered allspice1 oz. rosemary2 oz. sage1 oz lilac2 drops pine oil2 drops vanilla2 drops patchouli1 broken cinnamon sticka handful or so of either Cedar chips or rose petals a jar with a lid tohold the potpourriDirections:Mix together all the ingredients except for the cinnamon stick and thechips or petals.Take either the cedar chips or rose petals (whichever you choose) andplace them at the bottom of the jar.Sprinkle the mix over them andthencover the mix with another layer of either the chips or petals.Continuethis way until the jar if filled.About halfway to the top place the broken cinnamon stick, then continueon.When all is done screw on the lid and let it sit so the smellsintermingle. Guest guest Posted August 24, 2006 Report Share Posted August 24, 2006 What a wonderful mix! If you throw in just a small bit of orris powder it will " fix" and hold the scent for a very long time.
