Ginger - Reduces nausea, promotes digestive fire and complete

digestion;gives your middle a feeling of well being

 

Peppermint - Reduces gas;regulates peristalsis, relieving cramps and

pain;helps reduce burning and discomfort of heatburn

 

Artichoke leaf - Promotes a healthy gallbladder system, helps prevent

stone formation, regulates blood chlolesteral; promotes good digestion

I can absolutely state that Ginger works. I'd w/o that stuff. Thank you for the others. I want to try each, in order to see if there is something better than Ginger. I get IBS alot.
