Guest guest Posted August 12, 2006 Report Share Posted August 12, 2006 Citrus Dip for Begonia Blossoms(Cheryl's flowers/Prepared food - #08001)1 tablespoon honey1 tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate1 teaspoon orange zest½ teaspoon lemon zest½ cup nonfat yogurt4 large organically grown tuberous begonia flowersIn a small bowl, combine the honey, orange juiceconcentrate, and orange and lemon zest. Add the yogurtand mix well. Pour the yogurt mixture into a smalldecorative bowl, cover it with plastic wrap andrefrigerate until ready to serve.Just before serving, gently wash the begonia blossomsand remove each of the petals at its base. Place thebowl of flavored yogurt on a platter and arrange thepetals around the bowl.
