Healing Bath 3 parts Niaouli 2 parts Eucalyptus 1 part SandalwoodColor: Dark Blue

For use in speeding healing.

Release the ailment into the water. Splash fresh water over your body before toweling. And don't bathe, of course, if your condition doesn't allow it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Healing Bath3 parts Rosemary 2 parts Lavendar2 parts Rose 1 part Peppermint 1 part Cinnamon

To be used in conjunction with conventional medical attention. This bath speeds the healing process.To help shake off a cold, add two parts eucalyptus to this formula. (Avoid bathing if your doctor so informs you).

 

 

 

Herbal Fantasy Bath Tea½ cup of dried chamomile½ cup dried rose buds½ cup hops1 teaspoon rubbed sageSeveral drops of your choice of herbal fo4-6 heat sealable tea bagsMix all ingredients in a glass bowl. Fill tea bags with desired amount of herb mixture. Seal open edge with low heat iron. Package as desired.

 

 

Herbal Wipes1 roll Bounty paper towels, cut in half.Use a serrated, sharp knife. Remove cardboard tube. Put in a Rubbermaid container (try the Collectible round 2-quart with a screw-on top.) Note: Each recipe makes 2 containers.16 oz. bottle witch hazelAdd:1 Tbsp. Tea Tree Essential Oil1 teaspoon Lavender Essential Oil12 drops Lemongrass Essential OilShake well.Add to 4 cups distilled water and mix well. Pour half over each 1/2 roll of Bounty towels in jar. Put lid on jar, and turn jar upside down and on its side to moisten all towel segments.
