Floral Honey

Floral Honey

1 cup fresh or dried flower petals1 pound honeyHeat honey. once liquified, place the flowers in the honey. simmer for 10 minutes to 30 minutes. To preserve flavor and nutritional qualities don't heat above 140 degrees. suggestions: peppermint, lemon balm, rose petals

Must this be fresh honey or store-bought? I only have access to store-bought at this time.

My Grandmother used a block of honey, I am not sure if you can even get it that way anymore! I use the store bought kind, I cheat a lot!
