Hi there,

I developed this natural cleanser for the dog daycare I work at. We needed

something that

could get the " dog snot " off the walls and doorways without taking hours of

scrubbing and

rinsing and was safe to use in quantity around the animals. Although you do

have to rinse

with warm water, it rinses easily and only takes once. It takes a minute to

penetrate really

greasy or dirty areas, but if you let it do the work for you and are patient, it

is worth the

effort in mixing it up. Enjoy.

Wonder Juice (named by my co-workers)

You will need: 1 gallon jug and a squirt bottle

2tbl Borax

1tbl washing soda

1C liquid Castile soap or Murphey's oil soap

1C white vinegar

Essential Oils

I use (but you are not limited to)

1/2C Sweet Orange eso

2tbl Eucalyptus eso

2tbl Lemon eso

Add Borax and Washing Soda to the jug and fill 1/4 of the way with HOT water.

Cap and

shake to dissolve. Add the vinegar and fill the jug with more hot water, about

2/3 full.

Add the essential oils, and the soap and gently fill the jug the rest of the

way, leaving

about 2 inches at the top empty. Cap and shake the dickens out of the jug. It

will suds so

don't open it until it settles down a bit or you might have a sud bomb on your

hands.

After it cools slightly, give it a gentle shake to mix the oils back in evenly

and pour some

into a squirt bottle.

Squirt liberally on almost any kind of cleaning job. I give it 60-90 seconds to

penetrate

oily dirt or scummy stains. Then scrub with a brush or just wipe off with a rag

or sponge.

Rinse with a moist rag or sponge to make sure you don't leave a residue or

streaks.

Suggested uses for Wonder Juice

Showers, Toilets, Counter tops, Sinks, Refridgeraters, Dog doors (eeeww), That

spot in the

hallway where the dog walks along the wall; scratching himself, lightswitch

covers, tile

floors, cat boxes, the grill of the car where all the dead bugs get baked into

the paint, the

barbeque grill, any surface that sticky todlers come into contact with, stove

tops,

microwaves, diaper pails, and any other area in your home, garage, or life that

you try not

to think about because it is disgusting and you don't know how to clean it.

Please note:

Citrus essential oils have been known to be skin irritants and can cause

photosensitivity.

Please use gloves if you are sensitive or are unsure how you might react to

them. This

recipe makes a whole lot, which should be used within a month if stored in

plastic. If you

are not cleaning a facility, don't own 6 dogs, and don't have 15 kids, you will

want to mix a

smaller batch as the essential oils will break down plastic bottles and it will

loose some of

its effectiveness, or you can store it in a glass jug and never have to worry

about it. You

can also be the domestic angel of all your friends, mix up a gallon and present

everyone

with a bottle, and hope no one thinks you are giving them a hint. Enjoy!
