I'm leaving to Costa Rica soon and looked up travel tips today. Here's

one I thought I'd share to fellow travelers:

Add some yogurt to your diet to strengthen your digestive system.

This is especially important if your plans include travel to foreign

countries where you will be exposed to elements that are hostile to

your digestive system.

I didn't know this. Did you?

I did not know that! I was born in Panama and lived there for 20 years. I have travelled and continue to do so, in Central America for years and have gotten Montezuma's Revenge more times than I can admit. That tidbit would have helped greatly in the past. LOL. I'll do it from now on. I knew the little " good bugs " in yogurt (ones that are labelled " live cultures " ) were excellent but never equated it to foreign travel. Thank you for this tip.

Where are you going in CR?
