Guest guest Posted July 28, 2006 Report Share Posted July 28, 2006 Sesame Chicken Mix in a Ziploc gallon bag:3/4 Cup Flour1/4 Cup Sesame seeds1 tsp + Red Pepper Flakes1/2 tsp Szechwan Seasoning3/4 tsp ground Fennel Seeds1/4 tsp ground Cloves1/4 tsp ground Cinnamon1/2 tsp salt1/8 tsp white pepperCut/set aside:1 red pepper - sliced1 onion - slicedCube:1-2 lbs of chicken approx. 1/2 square Heat:1/4 cup of Olive oil (enough to cover bottom of skillet)Toss cubes of chicken into Ziploc and coat thoroughly. Brown chicken in skillet on medium then remove. Leave the oil in skillet. Add red pepper and onion stir until onion is near translucent. Remove from skillet. Put the chicken back in the skillet on low heat and stir in: 1/4 cup of honey2 tbsp Teriyaki SauceStir until chicken is coated then add the onion/pepper mixture and sprinkle with Toasted Sesame seeds before serving. picture found at www.homebistro.com Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
