Guest guest Posted July 21, 2006 Report Share Posted July 21, 2006 Dandelion Fritters 1 cup whole wheat flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tps. cinnamon powder pinch salt 1 egg 1/2 cup milk 2 Tbsp. olive oil 1 cup chopped dandelion flowers 1/2 cup strawberry jam Mix the dry ingredients. Beat egg and add milk and oil. Stir into the dry mix. Add the dandelion flowers and blend. Cook the same as you would pancakes heating until golden. Serve with strawberry jam.
