Laurie's Peanut Butter Cookies

2 cups peanut butter

2 cups brown sugar

4 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup wheat germ

1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

Pinch of salt

Mix all ingredients. Shape into balls and press with fork

or the bottom of a glass. Bake at 375F for 10-12 minutes.
