REMEDIES: To Strengthen the Stomach (HERBS, RECIPES, TEA)

To Strengthen the Stomach

Anise seed

Dill seed

Fennel seed

Caraway seed

Peppermint leaves (dried)

Crush the 4 varieties of seeds together and mix in equal parts with the

peppermint. Steep 1 tsp. of the mixture in 1/2 cup boiling water. Take

1/2 cup, 30 minutes before eating; or take at mealtime, in mouthful doses.

For a Weak Stomach

Comfrey (2 parts)

Calendula (1 part)

Knotgrass (1 part)

Steep 1 tsp of the mixture in 1/2 cup boiling water. Take 1-1/2 to 2

cups a day, unsweetened, in mouthful doses. (Helps with ulcers also)
