This powder can be stored in a beautiful salt shaker and sprinkled on your linens as well. How to Make Honey Powder 1 tablespoon of vanilla powder (the baking type) 1 cup of cornstarch. Mix then add 1 tablespoon of pure honey to the mixture. Work it in to the cornstarch and rub the crumbs between your hands until it turns into very tiny dust particles. Apply to the body with a large feather puff.
