Guest guest
Restful Tea Recipe via Meal-Master Rhiannon, Mistress of the Celtic Cauldron 10 oz Of water (or however much your coffee pot holds) 1/4 c Peppermint leaves 1/4 c Chammomoile 1/4 c Raspberry leaves 1/4 c Lemon balm /4 c Catnip 1 oz Of valerian (sometimes hard to find, you can leave out, still effective. Valerian is odd tasting as well) This herbal tea is excellent for sleepless nights, and safe to give even small children. fill your coffee maker with clear cold water. Put a filter in the container and put the herbs on inside and run the water thru. This tea can be served with sugar if desired but I recommend honey, also take deep breaths of the steam that comes off the tea. This tea is also good iced, but only small quantities should be taken in iced form and there are increased tannins.
