Guest guest Posted April 29, 2006 Report Share Posted April 29, 2006 High Protein Breadsticks 1/3 package fast rise yeast1/4 teaspoon salt3/8 cup soy flour (deffated)1/8 cup warm water1/8 cup fat-free margarine or olive oil1/4 tablespoon parsley or caraway seeds or poppy seeds or coarse salt 10 servings Change size or US/metricChange to: servings US Metric1 hour 40 mins prep1. In a bowl, combine yeast, salt, and half of the flour.2. Stir in very warm water, beat vigorously.3. Stir in oil or butter. 4. Put flour on slightly floured surface and knead until smooth andelastic.5. Mix in the rest of the flour to keep dough from sticking.6. Cover dough with plastic wrap and let it sit for 10 minutes.7. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 8. Divide dough into 10 equal pieces.9. Shape each into a 10-12 inch rope.10. Sprinkle each rope with seasonings.11.
