Another lymph cleanse to try is one of the chi swing machines. I've used one and found it very helpful for relaxing, energy, detox and does help my breathing. There are a number of brands out there and as is always the case, they always say there's is the best. So do sone research if interested to find the one you like best. They vary in price and function. Prices go from about $200 - $600. Some have ifr and/or magnetic heaters. I just opted for a unit w/o all the bells and whistles and paid about $300 about a two years ago. I did alot of research a few years back before buying and had alot of help from objective people on the oxyplus list - all from people who weren't selling anything. Not my cup o' tea. Also lymph brushing.I hadn't heard of castor oil moving lymph - has it been validated by lab work or is it an ancient myth, anyone? I understand how lymph moves and frankly I can't see how castor oil or iodine would work.DuncanOn 14 Mar 2007 at 9:21, wrote:> > Posted by: "JazziDJess (AT) wmconnect (DOT) com" JazziDJess (AT) wmconnect (DOT) com> jazzidjess Tue Mar 13, 2007 5:43 pm ((PDT))> > I am wondering if anyone has ever done a lymph node cleanse utilizing> caster oil or iodine.
