Dear group:

I recently put a picture of my son Willy on my

blog at http://360./allen_dar

Willy could have been termed " a basket case kid " , both

mentally and physically, thirty two months ago. He

certainly does not appear to be such now.

I coupled this picture with some copy in regard to

" the food allergy puzzle " . Willy broke a lot of the

" alt med rules " in regard to food allergy avoidance...

and yet he still became amazingly well from ADHD, and

likely childhood bipolar disorder as well.

All the best,

Allen Darman

Hello Allen,

I've had a chance to just browse thru your blogs, and

I am thoroughly impressed with them!!

I'm sure by now you've been told, " you should write a

book " , and in reality, you're well on your way already

to that end.

I research alot of H & H subjects,and would like to chat

w/ you sometime if you'd like. I have Vonage free LD,

so that'd make it easy.

Right now I'm still in quandry about soy--I'd like

your opinion on the subject. There's a plethora in

info on the subject, more than I've been able to wade

thru.

Thanks for your post, and I'm so happy about your

personal accomplishments with your son Willy--that is

certainly deserving of a book!!

Charles, I'm no expert, but I canshare with you the little I've researched and experienced. You probably know much of this already, but in case not, thought it might be helpful. Soy is suppresses the thyroid. If you have a normally or under-functioning thyroid it would be prohibitive to eat it. Soy is a rugged and cheap crop, hence the explosion of soy products in recent years. Much of the soy crops are grown in agro-business areas, even the organic kind and have been known to be infected by the GMO crops. If you want to eat soy, it's best to eat it in a predigested or aged form like tofu, tempeh and especially miso which is a very healing food. Some of my asian friends have had a laugh over the US's pushing soy as a food for people. In their culture eating soy in a non-aged form is like eating straw. They feed it that way to their animals like cattle who have

a greater ability to digest foods like soy, which are very difficult in it's orginal form for humans to digest. Hope this is helpful. charles clark <chaxcla11 wrote: Hello Allen,I've had a chance to just browse thru your blogs, andI am thoroughly impressed with them!!I'm sure by now you've been told, "you should write abook", and in reality, you're well on your way alreadyto that end.I research alot of H & H subjects, and would like
