Guest guest
Hi. I have been on this group for a while, but never posted. I appreciate all the information and knowledge exchanged on this group. I am wondering if anyone has ever done a lymph node cleanse utilizing caster oil or iodine. I have read about both, but haven't found anyone who has actually done this on their own. Any information is appreciated. Thanks bunches! Have heard that dancing or bouncing activity with arms swinging will "get the lymphs to activate and to drain". Know folks who spend about 10 minutes a day of moderate bouncing on a rebounder to "activate the lymph glands"
Guest guest
Good point, Jess; I understand thast rebounding moves the lymph 14 times better than jogging and even a sit bounce does it. There's also a warm shower method in which you make the shower suddenly cold and let it hit you just below the back of the neck. Not my cup o' tea. Also lymph brushing. I hadn't heard of castor oil moving lymph - has it been validated by lab work or is it an ancient myth, anyone? I understand how lymph moves and frankly I can't see how castor oil or iodine would work.
