Guest guest
A friend of mine sent me an email and asked me if I could look into this and see if I could find anything. Does anyone in the group know anything about this? Thank you. Joyce. The Problem: Tina had a 99% blockage in her left coronary artery 9 days ago which was ballooned and stented and was home in two days. Two days ago, she was back in hospital due to chest pain and is there now. Blood pressure is very low (68/38 this am 80/60 this afternoon). This afternoon, a new Dr came into room & ordered that she be put on telemetry immediately. He then asked her if she had any signs of constipation or indigestion. WHAT IS THE CONNECTION BETWEEN VERY LOW BLOOD PRESSURE AND THESE TWO SYMPTOMS?? They had her on Toperol for B/P and Lipitor since the angiogram 9 days ago and only today stopped the Toperol. (???) This is a person whose B/Pis ALWAYS low to begin with.
