Guest guest
I started eating organic food twenty years ago. Since then, my wife and I stopped getting the flu and other viruses and bacterial infections. We haven't had the flu in almost twenty years and we don't get sick. I have a son that will be twenty years old in March and a daughter that is eighteen. They don't know what it is like to be sick. I never gave them vitamin supplements or used foods that were enriched or fortified with vitamins. They were not vaccinated. They don't get sick. Dr. Royal Lee did many studies and he proved that synthetic vitamins were garbage and they actually cause health problems. Many health professionals consider Royal Lee to be one of the greatest nutritional scientists that has ever lived. You might want to study his work. Many health care providers have people believing that they can't be healthy without taking vitamin / mineral supplements. Nothing could be further from the truth. For people who don't get a lot of sunlight, such as those north of the arctic circle in winter, liver, eggs, and fish are rich in so called vitamin D. Why take a synthetic chemical when they are better ways?Jerry Anderson Kenneth <plisca wrote: In this day and age it is next to impossible (nope, I didn't say it WAS impossible) to eat properly. That is a sad fact brought to you by the New World gummint, errr... Order. Take MORE vit D or LESS vit D? It's here! Your new message!Get new email alerts with the free Toolbar.
