Guest guest Posted January 11, 2007 Report Share Posted January 11, 2007 I do not care if Garlic is either "Good for you" or if it causes Cancer. I simply LOVE the taste of garlic. I buy the huge bulbs of garlic as big as your fist, I put it in a cup and pour olive oil over it (dont even bother to peel away the skin...yet). Put it in the toaster oven and bake on 350 degrees for 20 minutes or so. Then when you go to eat it...the skin falls off and it melts in your mouth. No peeling, no dicing, and the roasting actually enhances the "good stuff" in the garlic. Beyond all that....it just tastes GREAT! ..
