I've helped clients reverse autoimmune disorders using

undenatured whey and other animal protein as opposed to the vegan

diet in the article.

 

Perhaps the cure is in carb reduction and better nutrition and

detox, rather than the elimination of animal protein?

Yeah, but who wants to cure lupus but get colon cancer, heart disease or support global warming if they don't have to? I've seen terrible Lupus be reveresed with a strong adherence to the Ann Wigmore live vegan diet.
