The clostridia scare makes a good case for ensuring bowel ecology

is good and keeping it well fed with inulin before even starting

an antibiotic program.

 

Although C. difficile is a bad one to get rid of, researchers

cured it was by feeding the probiotics in the bowel with

prebiotic inulin.
