Body water sensing scale---for proper hydration.

One of the best investments I have made has been in my body water sensing

scale. Soehnle has a number of them. I have the RIO model but here is a link

to one on sale. I got on the damn thing and saw that I was 49% body water

instead of the normal 60%! From then on it has helped immeasurably with

allowing me to realize just how much water I need AND the minerals that I was

deficient in that control cellular hydration. Namely Sodium, potassium and

magnesium. I look and feel like a new person with proper hydration. You will

learn that stress, illness, drinking will impact hydration like you could never

have imagined.

Remember if you drink tons of water and the scale doesn't register it, it means

that the cells are not absorbing the water; you are just peeing it out. Try

some potassium, mag and sea salt and bingo those cell open and the scale will

register the water increase. Here is a good animation of how the

Sodium-Potassium Pump and active transport of the cellular action works. Do

some research on `active transport'. It's fascinating.
