I have spent a great deal of time on the phone with Brian from

Congressman Wu's office. Lets not jump to conclusions, that it is a

waste of time, because it really doesn't help the situation but only

increases confusion and fosters a helpless feeling to those who wish

to get involved

 

Brian did not give me a 'canned,' as you say, answer. He spent a good

If he did NOT give you a canned message, Why is it just like every other message they send out? do you really believe that he personally sits down and writes thousands of letter daily to each and every person that is protesting, that is very naive.

 

HE had no idea of the ephedra ban had been lifted over a year ago, and yet he had made a point to say it was still banned.

 

Why has the artificial sweeteners that the FDA approved that have killed people, still on the market? Destroy the genes and our race dies!

Splenda is considered sperm warfare it has a chlorocarbon like DDT, that isn't even legal in the environment and could hardly be conceived of as a food, yet the FDA approved it and this bill is NOT putting it under scrutiny, like they are our herbs that nature created and natural supplements,

 

This Bill is certainly NOT a good bill since it does not target the guilty like the drug companies that have killed hundreds of thousands of people with their medications and chemicals like the artificial sweeteners,This bill only only targets the innocent ie natural herbs and natural food supplements.

 

You should be ashamed of yourself, to sugar coat this bill, that not only gives more rights to the those that are taking our rights away! Tell us... do you work for him?

congressman, then may I suggest, using another mode of communication

that you feel may make a difference? Dialog is the only thing that I

have found that works.

OK I'll agree with you about the helpless feeling, and fact is we are helpless next to the dollar and everyone should know this. another fact is: This Brian is not your Congressman is he ?? I have spend 100+ hours with elected officials hired help and have gotten no-where yet. You may think you are communicating with an ordinary person. I don't usually join in group conversation, But as I have ran for State Senator, County Judge, and Major of Fort Worth, Texas I think I know a little about what makes Government work. Give me enough dollars and I can make changes. Without dollars you lose.
