Guest guest
Elizabeth, oxidative stress and toxin load are nearly always involved in high blood pressure. Oxidative stress can be caused by low dietary antioxidants, by antioxidant levels that are depleted by the toxin load and free radicals, and by excess salt, a factor that increases superoxide, the most potent free radical, and reducing nitric oxide, reducing blood vessel wall flexibility. The biggest source of toxin load is bowel dysbiosis, and it causes bowl candida and intestinal malabsorption. Any other physical stressors can result in high BP including malnutrition, intestinal malabsorption, chronic infection or infestation, electromagnetic or geopathic stress, as well as emotional considerations. Emotional stress often responds to a vitamin program like Dr. Abram Hofffer's orthomolecular approach so it's more of an effect of malnutrition rather than a cause of stress. If you go on a program like the one on the candidiasis group candidiasis/ using a few vitamins and minerals and a few dietary changes especially reduced carbs, reduced inflammatory omega-6 oils, and take cod-liver oil, inulin, undenatured whey, your BP will probably go down to normal range as your bowel culture, malabsorption, lipid levels and toxin load all improve at the same time. Have you done any liver/gallbladder flushes? Guest guest
Have not done any liver/gallbladder flush and I have had my gallbladder removed in 2002. I was a sick puppy. Most of the detoxes that I have read almost make me retch to think about them. Do you know of a simple one that doesn't involve drinking alot of nasty tasting stuff? Thank you for the info.
