Guest guest
We are talking about two different types of black salve. One is the drawing salve with Ichtammol for sores and cuts. The other is Cansema Black Salve with blood root and several other herbs and zinc chloride, for getting rid of cancerous tumors. It comes as a thick salve for external use and also as a liquid for internal use. The one I get has lidocaine in it to stop any pain caused by the salve being caustic and eating it's way into the skin and tumor. You can get it from Patricia in California at www.lizardhaven. She makes it and sells an ounce for about $25.00. You don't need very much and it lasts a long time and works very well. I have used it to treat several mast cell tumors on my dog and on precancerous spots on my skin.

Guest guest
Its actually recommended to use the hydrogen peroxide with the cancer formula of black salve with the skin. The hydro-p actually fights against cancer because cancer has a harder time thriving in the presence of lots of oxygen, if I understand correctly. Internally it would be good to use food grade hydro-p as well. For the same reasons. The directions for the salve is that you put it on the cancer and use vaseline on top of that, and put the hydro-p around the edges of the cancer (keep it from growing?). - Harvey Flatbush Wednesday, November 29, 2006 6:32 PM Re: Cansema Black Salve I have been putting peroxide on my age spots for about two weeks and some have vanished, others are diminishing. Guest guest
Putting vaseline on top of the Cansema black salve is the way you keep it moist so that it does it's work longer. Or, you can put a small piece of tape over it. It usually starts to work in three hours. After that, it is okay for the salve to dry. It stays on for many days, and then when it starts to separate and come off, you will see some of the tumor attached to it. This will look whitish. When the scab comes off, you put more fresh salve on and again, either apply vasoline or tape to keep it moist for a while. Guest guest
Unless " Guardian of Eden " has changed their policy they do not ship their HP safely. I received 2 pints of the food grade HP from them about 6 mos. ago and it came UPS in a small cardboard box with no warning labels on the box. It is supposed to be packed a certain way and have hazmat stickers so that the people handling it will be cautious. Food grade HP is very caustic and could harm to someone if it were to get on their skin on in their eyes. I keep mine in the freezer so that my grandkids don't get near it. Like I said, they may have changed their policy but they were not shipping according to law when I received mine. Guest guest
It does burn if skin exposure happens. One has to take it in drops mixed with something else. And probably, it would be a good idea for them to ship it with hazardous labels on it because accidents do happen. But, for myself, I'm not a law stickler. I've found that the law tends to hurt my healthy purposes more than promote them. The law protects charlatans and licenses those who would cause harm to others for money. It protects the major pharmaceutical companies from competition. I've written "law", which is no more than regulation for somebody's sake, off of my important matters book. This black salve mentioned in the subject header has been declared to be "against the law" in many places (US). Again, I agree that safety labels has to how used and warning to shippers should be applied. That in turn would make it cost even more.
