Guest guest
I started eating almonds "cause they were sposed to be good for you" years ago. And instantly I found that I liked the taste. I buy a pound of them (already shelled, whole and unsalted, unroasted) for about $3 bucks. I then grind about 30 of them in the lil food mill slash blender. You can also buy a "coffee grinder" for a buck at a yard sale and grind em in there. Now they are finely milled, coarser than flour but fairly smooth and fine. I eat em just like that: either with tea or with hot chocolate. They are DELISH. I really dont care if they increase or shorten lifespan: they just TASTE GOOD! ..
