My Dear Barbara and Group-Members,

Please accept my hearty Radhasoami.

I am using raw vegetable-fruit juice therapy regularly in our

Stable-Consciousness-Center as-follows: Raw-Juice-Therapy.

1] Papaya juice: good for eyes, brain.

2] Pomegranate: good for hemoglobin in blood.

3] Apple: good for fatigue.

4] Banana Milk Shake: good for immune system.

5] Carrot: good for Thyroid imbalance.

6] Tomato: good for Nervous-System.

7] Cucumber: good for Circulatory-System.

8] Cabbage: good for Respiratory-System, and Re-Productive-System.

9] Green Pease: good for Kidney, and Liver.

According-to my experience it's best to take juice of any one fruit or

vegetable rather than mixing several juices.

The juice should-be drunk within 15 minutes of juicing. Along-with

Raw-Juice-Therapy drinking at-least 3 liters of fresh-filtered water

would be helpful. For an adult, at-least 100 milliliters of juice of

any vegetable-fruit should-be drunk at a time; ideally at-least

three-times-a-day.

Raw-Juice-Therapy should not be used as a substitute for

Medical-Treatment wherever necessary.

With all the best of wishes for every-thing in life, warm regards,

Light, Love and hearty Radhasoami.

Kirti Betai
