Guest guest
Some 8 years ago, I had a problem with a very inflamed nerve exiting through L3. This caused quite Macserious pain in the whole of my upper thigh from knee to buttocks .. bit like someone shoving a redhot bayonet under the Quad Fem. from about under the kneecap, upwards. For some reason, the inflammation subsided, and took wityh it the 'oh my..', but the result of this experience, is that my thigh girth on the right leg is some 60% of the girth of my left. The nerve has not had a recurrence since that time, but I am wondering whether it is possible to re-develop the muscle mass to some semblance of normality, as my dearly beloved has grown enamored of dance - Argentinian Tango - and I am finding it just a tad difficult to get the leg to cooperate. At 60, I do not think that I should be over the wall [hill] in regard to a bit of a soft-shoe shuffle on the dance floor......{who knows .. may lead to other activity....} Any thoughts or comments or knowledge on these matters out there? Best regards Jorge
