Guest guest
" ...I went completely off caffeine last > month, I felt different. " From a person that has had problems all his life, (64) I can tell you that when you begin to rely on drugs of any kind and not your OWN natural being, you are in trouble and will experience problems for the rest of your life unless someone comes along with a drug that can get you off the marry go round of drug support or 'you find YOURSELF'. And when you find yourself, you may not be able to deal with that either. Avoidance of frustration and dealing with stupid problems leads to drugs and alcohol or whatever. Why do you think so many teens commit suicide? Because they understand the world they are in or NOT??? And then abuse follows. You can get off alcohol but then (if I am an example) you go to caffine or something else - (I have even take caffine tablets when I was totally sober) either uppers or downers ---and never understanding the problem. The problem is coping. The problem is feeling! and dealing with your feelings. Coping is dealing. Dealing is facing the problem at hand. And I am not too good at that. I am a push over. I don't tell people what I really think. so I become a hypocrite. Perhaps too smart or maybe too dumb. not sure? BUT I know I feel much better when I do not drink or use anything. BUT unfortunately I guess I don't like that feeling either. So I drink when I can and then wonder why the hell I did it. Anymore, I drink and NOTHING happens. I don't get drunk. Just a drunk sober feeling of stupidity. Because I don't want to get straight too much any more. But, as an Alcoholic, I was sober for 20 years, until my wife died and I had to 'reconsider the situation " . Wish I would get sick or something. Perhaps that would make me stop such nonsense. No one wants to hear me. After all, who am I? And me a white man and seeing all these autochthonous people all around me who have given up, and become slaves to a stupid government --by corporations? See I am dumb. I don't understand. Why do people NOT want to study and understand who they really are? Why is our parent government telling us not to smoke or drink or use any drugs. Is that not a question in anyone eles mind? I guess they don't realize they are 'human resources " for a master one world government ORDER. Not men and women of flesh and blood but straw persons of credit for the government --they created. Gets me mad and depressed. Makes me want to have another drink or avoid it. If society really wanted to stop drunkenness they would go after the alcohol producers like they did with the tobacco industry. But that will never happen with any Kennedy in place (they get all the revenue from the booze that comes in from Europe). --Sorry, weak moment there, didn't mean to accuse such a good family. Generations of evil. Anyway! it is not the drug! it is the person! Right? If there was a drink of NATURAL poison--like hemlock before me like with Aristotle would I take it? And why? I am not sure? After all, we live in a fiction world yet we do have eternal life. Like: been here and done that... What is it with people? Is there a 'NORMAL' person out there that understands anything I have written? And what do you do? Perhaps it is because I never bonded. Perhaps it is because I was adopted and never had family like brothers and sisters. No background not prodegy. Perhaps it was because I was raised catholic or something. Perhaps I am just unstable -whatever that is. Maybe a chemical imbalance. Does anyone really know????? Or care. Don't think so. We are all in this dream together. Anyway, you are right. Get off of caffine. Get back to who you are. Use whatever means. Yoga or meditation. Whatever. Get to your REAL flesh and blood entity. Perhaps start a garden. Put your hands into the ground. I know - it's stupid. BUT see something grow. Are you in the city or the country. It STILL makes a difference. Guess what I am saying to this post is that caffine may be only PART of the problem. If their is a problem? Perhaps fiction in a real world is just too hard to take. --- Jent Lynne <jentlynne wrote: > I know when I went completely off caffeine last > month, I felt different. > Nothing overwhelming - it was just like my body-core > felt calmer.
