Guest guest
I don’t know that caffeine is behind all the anger in the world. Or if its behind injustice, theft, lying, etc. But there is a story told about rain forest natives, two neighboring tribes. One used guarana which is rich in caffeine, and the other uses yerba mate, rich in matein. My spelling might not be correct on the matein. But it is supposed to be the exact mirror image, in reverse, of the caffeine molecule. It is considered adaptogenic. The tribe using the yerba mate lives peacefully by agriculture, the tribe using the guarana makes lots of wars and lives by hunting. So, caffeine probably does have something to do this sort of thing. But then, on the other hand, people also wear themselves out with caffeine. That’s called adrenal fatigue. So, one ends up with an opposite situation---people unable to act (in the extreme). ed On Behalf Of Andrew Glickman Tuesday, August 01, 2006 11:19 AM RE: Cut Anger Problems by 40% - Without Drugs.: what about eliminating caffeine? Guest guest
I know when I went completely off caffeine last month, I felt different. Nothing overwhelming - it was just like my body-core felt calmer. A subtle difference, but it did lead to me being a bit calmer throughout my day. When I've had a lot of caffeine, on the other hand, the effects are not so subtle: anxious, irritable, heart racing/palpitations, and so on. For whatever its worth... --- Ed Siceloff <siceloff wrote: > > I don’t know that caffeine is behind all the anger in the world.
