Guest guest
AvenueOfLight Artificial Blood Experiment Hits 27 U.S. CitiesJuly 07, 2006 10:10 AMBrian Ross and Joseph Rhee Report:http://blogs.abcnews.com/theblotter/2006/07/artifical_blood.htmlIn 27 cities across the United States, seriously injured accident victims could end up in a medical experiment, without their knowledge or consent. The experiment involves an artificial blood called Polyheme. The federal government has given the company that makes it approval to use badly bleeding accident victims as test subjects, without the subjects informed consent. The only way out is to wear a blue bracelet provided by the company. The company says it's the only way to test such a product. But others, including Pastor Paul Burleson of a Denver church alliance, say it turns Americans into human guinea pigs. "If I'm in accident and I just don't happen to have this particular wristband, that I'd be a guinea pig is unconscionable," he said.Check to see if your city is among those participating in the Polyheme experiment.July 7, 2006 | Permalink | User Comments (167) This information could be very important to anyone who might need ablood transfusion and would be in ANY of these hospitals at the time.Check for YOUR state and your local hospital.I think this is shocking. The Bush administration is turning Americans into human guinea pigs forcorporate experimentation and profit.I think it won't be long before the Bushites and Republicans REQUIRE anyperson or any entity receiving federal money, in the form of grants oraid, to submit to being used as a guinea pig for medical experiments. That would include all prisoners and all Medicare and Medicaidrecipients, and maybe all students receiving federally guaranteedstudent loans. The Bush theory is that if you take federal money, the federalgovernment owns you and your body.<< ... recruiting patients WITHOUT INFORMED CONSENT >>.-------------------------*Artificial Blood Experiment: Is Your City Participating?*Hospitals in Twenty Cities Take Part in Polyheme Trialsby ASA R.
