FOR STARTERS: Every single employee who works in every single agency that regulates, health, the environment, air traffic, interstate commerce, the military, ortransportation at EVERY level of government (FEDERAL, STATE, and LOCAL). Every single health care professional in the world both in every level of government, and in the private sector. WHERE IS THE AMERICAN LUNG ASSOCIATION?

All of the media personnel in the world. Is there no one who wants to win the Pulitzer Prize? All of the airline employees in the world. All of the military personnel involved in creating these "chemtrails" All of the safety inspectors who regularly inspect every part of every airplane. All Airline employees or military personnel involved in creating these"chemtrails" All of the mechanics who regularly maintain airplanes. The unions for airplane workers. The entire House of Representatives who must vote on every appropriation. This project: if it exists, would cost billions of dollars. Who is paying for it? Our constitution mandates that every penny that the government spends must be approved by the House of Representatives. What is the number and the name of the Bill that appropriated the money for the Chemtrails project? Why did we

never hear about any debate? Was Ron Paul absent that day? Did the congressional record miss printing on that day? Is the ENTIRE Congress of United States in on this chemtrails conspiracy? This organism is especially nice because it produces a red/pink pigment when grown on certain media,which makes identification very easy. At one point, 5000 particles/minute were sprayed from the coastal areas inward. During this time, 1 man di-d (in the hospital) and10 others became infected in what was described as "a mystery to do-ors." Although the mili-ary never did many

follow up studies on these tests, one results was that itshowed nearly every single person became infected with the test organism. In hindsight, now that some of this information has become declassified, it's been shown thatduring periods following spraying tests, there were 5-10 times the normal infections reported." In summary, the mili-ary released Serratia marcescens upon the San Fransisco population to test the effectiveness of a ter-orist bio-attack. Followingthis was an outbreak of pneumonia which ki-led one man. 9) Streptomyces - "Streptomycetes are used to produce the majority

of antibiotics applied in human and veterinary medicine and agriculture, as well as anti-parasitic agents, herbicides, pharmacologically active metabolites (e.g. immuno-suppressants). 10) A restriction enzyme used in research labs to snip and combine DNA -- such an enzyme cleaves open DNA and allows desired segments to be inserted before recombining. 11) Other bacteria and toxic molds capable of producing heart disease, encephalitis, meningitis, as well as acute upper respiratory and gastrointestinal distress. Account of an Airline Mechanic An airline mechanic describes his accidental discoveryof a commercial plane's chemtrail pumping

system: ...When I got into the bay I realized that something was not right. There were more tanks, pumps, and pipes than should have been there. At first I assumed that the system had been changed. It had been 10 years since I had worked on one. As I tried to find the problem I quickly realized the extra piping and tanks were not connected to the waste disposal system. ...The next day I was on the company computer to look upa wiring schematic. While I was there I decided to look up the extra equipment I had found. To my amazement the manuals did not show any of the extra equipment I had seen with my own eyes the day before. ...The system had 1 large and 2 smaller tanks. It was hard to tell in the cramped compartment but it looked like the large tank could hold 50 gallons. Later is a response from an airline manager concerningProject Cloverleaf: ...Airline companies in Ame-ica have been participating in something called Project Cloverleaf for a few years now. The earliest date anyone remembers being briefed on it is 1998. I was briefed on it in 1999. ...They told us that the gov-rnment was going to pay ourairline, along with others, to release special chemicals from commercial aircraft. When asked what the chemicals were and why we were going to spray them, they told us that information was given ona need-to-know basis and we weren't cleared for it. They then went on to state that the chemicals were harmless, but the program was of such importance that it needed to be done at all costs. When we asked them why

didn't they just rig mil-tary aircraft to spray these chemicals, theystated that there weren't enough milit-ry aircraft available to release chemicals on such a large basis as needs to be done. That's why Project Cloverleaf was initiated, to allow commercial airlines to assist in releasing these chemicals into the atmosphere. Someone asked one of the G-men then if the chemicals are harmless, why not tell the public what the chemicalsare and why we are spraying them? He seemed perturbed at this question and told us in a tone of authority thatthe public doesn't need to know what's going on, but thatthis program is in their best interests." The veracity of these comments are uncertain, but with other circumstantial evidence at hand, they appear to be truthful. They suggest that for at

least the past two years, commercial airlines have participated in dispersingunknown substances during regular flight, unbeknownst to all but the waste disposal mechanics and need-to know staff. How Chemtrails are Dispersed Next comes the question of how exactly chemtrails are dispersed. This was hinted at in the airline mechanic's account of seeing three tanks containing liquid. The purpose of these three tanks is evident when present patented technology is taken into account. Here is the abstract of patent # 03994437: A method and apparatus are provided for evenly disseminatingby broadcast techniques trace quantities of biologically active

chemicals such as nutrients, insecticides, fungicides,growth regulators and the like. The biologically active chemical is encapsulated in a microdispenser such as a filamentary conduit of regulated cross-section and length. The filled microdispensers are then metered into a moving carrier fluid stream, preferably air, and the carrier fluidcontaining the microdispensers is then evenly dispensed throughout the area. In an alternate preferred embodiment,the microdispensers are coated with a second material whichmay be either another biologically active material or a sticker for attaching the microdispenser to living organismssuch as plants or animals. The method and apparatus is also applicable to biologically active chemicals containedin laminated microdispenser structures for dissemination and release. In the actual patent, however, the author states

thatthe fiber sizes are quite large, with inside diameters of 7-50 mils and lengths of two inches. These sizes he states, are preferred, though not limiting numbers. It is possible that this technology has been updated to produce microfilaments such as the 'cobwebs' seen fallingfrom the sky after chemtrail sprayings. (JW I think, butare not for sure, I saw such cobwebs falling when I was sprayed. They look like a regular spider web but on the ends they are split into about 3 of more stands. I amalso familiar with the reporductive habits of the spiderswho attach themselves to cobwebs and ride on the wind to other locations.) What's important is the encapsulation of biologically active materials in a polymer coating. The minimum numberof liquids to accomplish this is three, two to form polymers such as polyesters,

polyolefins, acrylics, modacrylics, polyamides upon reaction during mixing with one another, and the third being the biologically active liquid. Another patent entitled "ENCAPSULATION BY INTERFACIAL POLYCONDENSATION" 3577515, describes this process perfectly. Overview of the Chemtrail Phenomenon Chemtrails appear worldwide, though it has been claimedthat none have been sighted in China. The author has personally witnessed them in Germany. Although chemtrailsin foreign countries may be due to planes originating from the US, or from US mili-ary bases in those countries, the heaviness of spraying there suggests that foreign gov-rnments and commercial agencies are involved. As stated,this contradicts the hypothesis that chemtrails are

sprayedto protect Amer-cans from an anthrax attack, as ter-orists would not target countries other than Amer-ca, especially many of the lesser countries in which chemtrails have stillbeen sighted.
