He recently took his hardest line yet against free trade with the United States. He intends to stop the Mexican agreement with the U.S. called the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). Why does he want Mexico to stop NAFTA? Most of Obrador's political support comes from the poor southern state of Chiapas. And, Chiapas is primarily a traditional Mayan Indian corn farming region. The 1993 NAFTA agreement allowed American corn business conglomerate ADM to take over most of the Mayan farms and import the hi-tech grown corn to the US without any tarrifs. ADM does not want the illiterate Mayans to run the new hi-tech farms. ADM wants the Mayans out of Chiapas. This has displaced tens of millions of native Mayans Indians who are told by the Mexican government to flee, meaning to get out of Mexico, to the US to find jobs. This is a U.S. and ADM problem, and not Mexico's problem. The "invasion" of Mexicans into the U.S. is really dispossessed Mayans driven out by ADM and NAFTA. Most of the native Mayans are illiterate and speak neither Spanish nor English and so they find it difficult to find jobs in the US. Mexico doesn't want them. Many become gang members such as MS13 who survive in almost all states in the U.S. by dealing in drugs. NAFTA is an “agreement” and not a treaty which would have required a 2/3rds “treaty” vote to pass Congress. But it is treated and operated as if it were an international treaty. Not so. This was a political trick. As a treaty, it probably would have never been passed by the U.S. Congress, but by calling it an “agreement” it only required a 50 percent majority and it was easily passed. NAFTA is destructive to both Mexico and the US. NAFTA, and should be abolished, but it won't be. Much larger things are afoot based on NAFTA. Within several years, the North American Union will become a completed fact. This will supersede the governments of Canada, America and Mexico. The Constitution of the United States will be tossed out. All personal freedoms and rights will be discarded. And now you know why a small group of “globalists” called the Empire of Energy pushed NAFTA through Congress in 1993. They want to use tricky secret agreements to take over the world. In several years the United States will be broken into smaller defenseless regional third-world governments, under the North American Union control. And there is yet more to come....
