Judith Nelson Today's Helpful Hint: Sometimes, after successfully handled emotional issues, new EFT clients will "mis-report" their 0-10 intensity rating . They may report a 3 or 4 when, in fact, they are at zero. This is because they don't really believe it is gone. Subconsciously they think "maybe it will come back tomorrow" or "it couldn't have gone away that fast so there must be something left." In such a case I may ask, "How do you know you are a 3 or a 4." Typically, they don't have an answer (because there isn't one). I then ask, "How do you know you aren't at zero."
